Each Vegetable Seed Kit comes heat sealed in a resealable,
ziplock, Mylar-Foil bag with desiccant included for long term storage.

The most important factor in long term
seed storage is to keep the seeds
dry and free from excessive humidity;
otherwise they may mildew and rot.

The sealed Mylar bag serves as a moisture barrier
and the fully rechargeable desiccant is used to
absorb water vapor present in the bag before it was sealed.

Seeds should be kept in a dry and dark place with a
relatively constant temperature.

Properly stored, most of the seeds in this kit will last for at least 2-3 years.
The exception is the onion seed which, even under optimal storage conditions,
has a very short shelf life and may only be viable for one year.
